Vegan Sausage Flatbreads with Sweet Potato Fries
Fast and easy dinner with oven-roasted vegan sausages in warm flatbreads served with tomato ketchup, mustard, rocket and sweet potato fries

Ingredients
- 6 Vegan Sausages
- 2 Flatbreads
- 2 Handfuls of Fresh Rocket
- Ketchup
- American Mustard
- Black Pepper
- Sea Salt
- 2 Handfuls of Frozen Sweet Potato Fries
Method
- Heat a fan assisted oven to 200 degrees
- Place the 6 vegan sausages and sweet potato fries on a baking tray and cook to instructions (usually about 25 minutes), adding the flatbreads to the oven to warm through 2 minutes before serving
- Serve 3 sausages per flatbread, adding the fresh rocket, ketchup, mustard and twist of black pepper with the sweet potato fries on the side
