Vegan Sausage Flatbreads with Sweet Potato Fries

Fast and easy dinner with oven-roasted vegan sausages in warm flatbreads served with tomato ketchup, mustard, rocket and sweet potato fries

Ingredients

  • 6 Vegan Sausages
  • 2 Flatbreads
  • 2 Handfuls of Fresh Rocket
  • Ketchup
  • American Mustard
  • Black Pepper
  • Sea Salt
  • 2 Handfuls of Frozen Sweet Potato Fries

Method

  1. Heat a fan assisted oven to 200 degrees
  2. Place the 6 vegan sausages and sweet potato fries on a baking tray and cook to instructions (usually about 25 minutes), adding the flatbreads to the oven to warm through 2 minutes before serving
  3. Serve 3 sausages per flatbread, adding the fresh rocket, ketchup, mustard and twist of black pepper with the sweet potato fries on the side
